Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours by contacting us via email at sales@lamyshop.ca or via phone at (905) 264-2034. Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
Should you have received the item and would like to return it for credit (minus the shipping charges and taxes on shipping charges), you may do so within a 7 day period only. Provided the goods remain in completely new and unused condition. Return item will be subject to quality control and if items do not meet the noted standard (i.e. items are scratched, used etc,) these will be returned back to you.
You have to contact customer service at (905) 264-2034 or via email at customerservice@lamyshop.ca. Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm to receive a return authorization.
It is the customers responsibility that any goods returned to the Lamy Canada are fully insured whilst in transit.
As noted we make every possible effort to ensure that the item you receive is what was ordered.
Should this not be the case, we offer a free return service via UPS in case that:
- the item is not what was ordered.
- the item is flawed.
